Graham Scanlon

Head of Digital Self-Service

Graham has more than 10 years’ experience in the IT and digital product services industry. He is responsible for the Worldline business that delivers end-to-end product services for digital self-service kiosks and interactive digital retail technology solutions, including the Ticket Vending Machine and our Hotel Check-in portfolio.






Rebecca Davies

Head of Product Lifecycle Management

Excelling in client relationship handling, managing parallel work streams, and setting up and enforcing project controls, Prince 2 qualified project manager Rebecca manages Worldline’s self-service products from conception to implementation. In 18 years at Atos and Worldline, Rebecca has delivered key projects including Natural England’s complex application releases, resulting in a £25m Data Centre contract.




Ian Mills

Head of Business Development

Ian has been providing business and IT solutions for transport clients for 20 years, and is responsible for creating the Go to Market plans, positioning of the product benefits, and sales strategy for our digital self-service transport solutions. In his six years with Atos and Worldline, Ian has helped drive significant innovation, delivering a step change in customer experience and business value achieved with the deployment of Worldline’s self-service solutions.




Adrian Shingler

Product Manager

Adrian is product manager for a number of Atos client solutions, including hospitality self-service, digital retail interactive, and business process outsourcing. His role includes product strategy, Go to Market plans, product innovation, business case development and delivery, supplier selection, and P&L performance. Adrian has worked on a number of innovative digital interactive solutions at Atos, including the adidas interactive walls deployed in more than 30 countries. He also has experience in new .net HR and learning solutions and the outsourced services to take them to market, and delivers on-line expertise to retail stores – including mobile interaction and NFC tagging.




James Priest 

Head of Service & Operations

Now leading Worldline’s team of business technologists, James has made a career of delivering efficiencies – including over a decade in IT management experiencing complex infrastructures and processes which he has adapted for our clients and business. And with years of experience of the NHS and service management, James incorporates ITIL best practices and ensures governance to deliverables that complement our duty of care to both clients and colleagues.





Mark Slocombe

Product Manager

With 21 years in the IT industry – including 12 spent in the digital self-service kiosk business – Mark brings a wealth of valuable experience to his role. As product manager, Mark makes sure our products stay at the forefront of design and innovation, and align with our clients’ strategies and requirements.




Phil Davison

Head of Delivery

With more than 25 years in IT consultancy and project delivery, Phil is responsible for making sure we deliver on our commitments, and do it well. Governance is key to strong and reliable delivery activity and our governance processes are designed such that delivery risks are called out early and strong mitigation plans developed based on our experience and understanding of the environments in which we operate.





Dan Usher

Head of Application Development

Dan is a highly experienced programme and project manager, having led successful technology transformation projects across a range of sectors in previous consulting roles. Dan is output focused, valuing strong interpersonal skills and lean processes. He leads a team of software developers and testers based in Milton Keynes responsible for our Ticket Vending Machine software 'FAST' and other DSS products.
